True Commander Overview

True Commanders (C/C) are Extroverted, Thinking, Intuitive types. This type functions primarily in thinking mode, with the intuitive secondary position inclining their thinking toward possibilities. They are expansive thinkers who see the big picture and tend to dream big. Extroverted thinking types are very pragmatic and logical in the way they see the world. The actions of people with extroverted thinking are almost entirely dependent on intellectual conclusions. Although C/Cs may feel as deeply as the feeling types, they base their decisions and actions on intellect and logic, rather than on their emotional responses. As a result, they may sometimes appear intimidating, aloof or uncaring. The extroverted attitude inclines behaviors toward active, as opposed to passive, and energy is gained from activity and/or interacting with others. C/Cs are most effective and most content in the midst of serious (businesslike) activities and prefer to self-manage.
